Holiday Mini Sessions | Booking Information & Policies

 

 

Holiday Mini Sessions offer families the opportunity to experience an Adey J Family Portrait Session

at a special, budget-friendly rate of $250 (not including online booking fee). 

All Sessions include 20 minutes of studio time, 3 retouched images and a customized digital album of all unedited photos.

 Please review the following details and policies carefully before booking.

Saturday, November 28  — Standard Background Sessions

This date will NOT feature a holiday-themed background.

Clients may choose between a neutral-colored or white background for their portraits. Best for Small to Large families and casual or matching attire. 

 

Saturday, December 5th — Holiday Set Sessions

This date WILL EXCLUSIVELY feature a holiday-themed set design. 

This is Ideal for formal portraits, holiday attire, and festive family photos. Backdrops can accommodate up to 5 family members.

 

Payment & Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable  deposit  is required to secure your booking. An invoice will be sent once your booking date and time is selected. Your session is not confirmed until your non-refundable deposit has been received. 

All payments are non-refundable.  My fee is $250 however, your booking  will include online payment fees from the vendor. You have the option to  pay for your service in full or pay a deposit and the remainder 24 hours before your session.

Payments  made via Paypal, CashApp & ApplePay will not incur an additional fee.

 

Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule, $150 of your original payment may be applied toward a future photography service.

This amount reflects the original $250 session fee, less the $100 non-refundable studio booking fee.

Your new session date must be selected within 14 days of your cancellation. Failure to select a new date within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your remaining payment.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5-10 min early for your scheduled session. Due to the limited time allocated for each mini session, late arrivals will not receive additional time. Your session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time, and photography will be limited to the time remaining.

Photo Delivery & Editing Turnaround

• Raw Images: A gallery of unedited images will be delivered within 72 hours of your session.

• Photo Selections: Clients must submit their final image selections within three business days of receiving their gallery to help ensure delivery before Christmas.

• Retouched Images: Standard editing turnaround is 3–5 business days after image selections are received.

Please note that timely image selection is essential to meeting the anticipated Christmas delivery timeline.
